04 Aztek loosing power

Hi,
Im new to this forum. I use to be a GM Tech but quit because of the flat rate pay ( don't like working 40-60 hours a week and getting paid for 50). Here is my Problem My Aztek is and 04 with a 3.4 when you push on the gas petal it the car goes. When you go to pass and mash the accelerator the car acts like it starving for air or fuel. I was thinking that the cat was clogged so i dropped it and the problem still exsit. so i looked at the air filter it wasn't bad but i changed it anyhow problem still exsit. I was thinking a clogged fuel fileter so i changed that problem still exist. i hooked a fuel gage to it and drove it, pressure is at 60 at idle and 65 when petal is mashed. The service engine light ior check engine light is not on and there are no code. I haven't changed the mass air flow senor yet because it is $100.00, and i don't know if i can take it back if it does not fix the problem.. any help would be appricated PLEASE..

You can clean the MAF sensor. Is the only time you feel a problem when your trying to pass? Whats the driveability around town like? Any misfiring felt? Tranny have all 4 speeds? Access to a tech2 to check tc slip? wheres the fuel trim at, showing lean?(injectors dirty)

ok i figured this one out by accident. while this was going on my abs light was on and i knew i had to change the left front and right rear wheel bearings. i bought cheap china bearing (bad mistake) and this cleared everything up except 2 months later have to replace bad bearings again. this time temkin bearing.
