windows,dash gages.heater blower,wipers,stops working and will start back in about 1 minute,and later it will do the same thing again,what may this problem be

Check the main fuses in the fuse box under the hood. The large blade fuses have been known (rarely) to loosen due to heat, causing a bad connection. Vibration could also cause the fuses to seperate, and then reconnect.
