05 auto to manual tranny conversion

I was just wondering if anyone has done this? What I'd like to know is if they have the same bolt pattern and will just swap out?

I know that I will have to modify the shifter and pedal, but as far as computer and wire harness is everything the same or completely different?

looking at www.gmpartsdirect.com they show only one computer for a given engine
