05 Montana brakes

I got a o5 Montana sv6 an it seems like both from calipers are sticking, is this a common thing or should I look for another issue

It's the front brakes if it matters

the calipers will stick either because the pistons are stuck in the bores or the rubber hoses to the calipers have internally collapsed.

Is there a way to tell with out taking the hoses apart as they are expensive

It is kind of odd that both calipers would be bad at the same time. Jack up the front end both wheels off the ground and test the brakes then see if the wheels move by hand when in neutral. if you loosen the hose where it connects to the caliper so that you relieve pressure and the rotor turns you know the hose was the cause.
