05 Montana stereo bezel removal

Hey guys. New owner here.

Just picked up my new to me 05 Montana 3.4L with 135 k

The van is in fantastic condition and drives wonderfully with no noises at all. Scored a huge deal on it.

I'd like to change the stereo to the one I had in my previous Buick that has Bluetooth but, I can not for the life of me find how to remove the stereo bezel!

I removed the two screws in the cupholder pull out but can't find any others. My center stack looks a little different than the ones I've seen directions for online.
Any ideas?

everything I see online shows after you remove the cup holder assembly the surround should pull off.
