06 Montana SV6 running rough

Our van has been running like crap and can't figure out why. It idles rough and while accelerating/driving up a hill it hesitate and sputter. Also when the cruise is set I will watch the rpms drop 200-300 and then kick back up to where they were originally and it does that none stop. I don't wanna keep throwing money at it and not get any where. I did put new plugs and wires on and it seems that it got worse since. No Codes. Thanks in advanced. I'm new here
 
1. You said no codes but is the check engine light on?
2. Have you done a fuel pressure test?
3. Have you checked the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line for gasoline, if you see gas replace the FPR.
4. You have checked the air filter?
5. Have you checked for a clogged catalytic converter?
 
No check engine light
Did a fuel pressure test and its good
Never checked the fuel pressure regulator line. I don't know where that is.
Air filter is new
I also don't know how to check for a clogged cat.

look at the fuel rail that connects to the injectors for the fuel pressure regulator

I can't find the fuel pressure regulator. I searched the web and can't find anything for my year and model.
 
it may be built into the fuel pump so check the cat
