06 sounds from the instrument cluster are gone (no Chime stuff)

Greetings I have heard that the dr side speaker is the "audio device" for the sounds of turn signal click, seatbelt, and so on, is this correct ?

It is correct that the radio speaker system is used but whether specifically that speaker, I can't confirm.
Not clear on whether you are having an issue or just an inquiry.

Have the same problem, I found broken wires in passenger door between body and door repaired them, door locks and window works but now my remote,turnsignals,radio,seatbelts no sound not really sure maybe reboot system too get them working again,

You can test the speaker coil with a 9 volt battery.

When I purchased my '08 Torrent I also had no sounds and found a broken wire inside the rubber boot between the door and the body. It was east to fix by sliding the boot back out of the way. I butt soldered a short piece of the same guage wire in and covered it with shrink tubing before repositioning the boot. My chimes and turn signal "click" sounds are working now.
