08 engine jerk

I have a 2008 torrent with the 3.4. the engine will start jerking when put it in gear and come to a stop after driving. Does not do this while driving. It has 59,000 miles on it. I have put in a new air filter, plugs are about 2 months old. Any suggestions on this problem?

It could be the lock up torque convertor solenoid leaving the convertor locked.
