08 torrent

I first replace the starter on my 08 torrent and the truck began to crank fine. However after few minutes the battery dies. I realized after removing the positive battery cable after recieving a boost the engine would die. So I replaced the alternator but im still having tne same plroblem. Both the starter and alternator were bought new. Somethg is draining my battery bad. Please help......

I have never heard of anybody testing an alternator by removing the positive battery cable., the car runs off the battery the alternator charges the battery. The alternator should have been bench tested or a meter should have been used to test the output on the engine. Did you have the battery load tested ? Have you used a meter to determine if you actually have a parasitic drain on the battery?
