• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... Hello!

My father and I acquired a 1954 Pontiac Star Chief 2 door hardtop. It's been sitting since the mid 1990s. The engine is an original straight 8. We are currently working on the car, trying to get it back to the road.

I'm trying to find information such as the wiring diagrams and fuse information. I think the Owner's Guide has them? I have a 1955 Packard 400 and I can find all the information I need from one website. The funny thing is that for a Pontiac I can't find anything. Is there anywhere I can get the Owner's guide (or other tech information such as a repair manual) online without having to buy a physical copy? We'd like to keep working on the car and waiting for a couple of weeks to get these copies to Finland takes time.

Also if there is a forum dedicated to these older Pontiacs, please tell me. :)

Here's a photo of the car.

Owners manuals do not have wiring diagrams. You can get a copy of the factory shop manual on CD for 1955 from www.amesperf.com . I dont know how much a difference that is versus 1954. A site for older cars is www.oldride.com . Good luck with your car.
