1969 Space Saver Spare

I was advised to visit this site to get information for a '69 GM Space Saver Spare. I have included pics...can anyone tell me if this is the correct SSS for a '69? It has "HE" on the left side of the V-stem & #1 on the right. Can't find any other letters/numbers.
