I just put wire harnesses in my 1972 GTO. The rear brake, signal and emergency lights work fine but the parking lights will not come on. The front parking lights work fine. Anyone have any experience with this? The lights are in working order.
Thanks
Tom

Did they work before you changed the harness? Are you sure the new harness is identical to the original? I believe the signal light and parking light should be using the same filament in the bulb. If the harness goes back to the fuse box check your connections there for current or check back along the harness for current.

I thought the signal light and brake use same filament and park/taillight is seperate. I'd start tracing for power on the harness from the taillight and go toward the fuse block checking each connection in the harness until you find power or from fuse block out until you loose power. Probably not a ground issue if signals work but it wouldn't hurt to check. Hope I helped a little.
