1972 Lemans Bumper

My '72 Lemans was in a parking lot accident(before I owned it) and the bumper is a little uneven, as in, it's closer to the grille on the passenger side and sticks out farther on the drivers side. I need to know if there is a way to adjust or even up the bumper without completely taking it off?

No there is nothing you can do if you dont want to take the bumper off. If you do you can either straighten the bumper supports/brackets or have the bumper intself straightened
