1974 455 Tips

My '75 Formula has a 455 from a '74 T/A. I wish to keep the Pontiac block, and I was wondering if anyone here has rebuilt one. Any parts you'd reccomend? I'm lookin' to get a little more out of the engine, and I know it's been done before.

the engine will rebuild just like any other engine just make sure you buy quality parts and that the mechine work is done by a reputable shop.
