I need a crossmember for my 1979 firebird with a turbo 350 tranny. Are there any cars (other than Camaros/Firebirds) that I can take a crossmember off of and it will fit?

Any crossmember from a camaro/ firebird will work from 1970-81 as long as it had a TH-350 trans most junkyards with older cars should have one, or you can purchace them new from many aftermarket mfgs ..
the only other crossmember that might work would be from a 75-79 X body Nova, omega, ventura, apollo..
but Im not sure if they are exactly the same ..I would stick with another "f" body car.
