1980 firebird not sparking after rebilding?

i just rebuilt my firebird and we took off the heads and everything put it all back together and everything is plugged in and its not sparking. we bought a new roater for the distributor and it still wont. anyone have any ideas.

You need to start with the wireing to the distributor ..
check voltage to the cap at the plug (the large red wire that goes into the + post on the cap it should read 12+ volts if not start checking fuses, and the wireing at the starter for blown fusable links ..
if you have power to the red wire test the module in the distributor for operation at your local parts store and replace if necessory..
