Bought a nice 1982 Firebird TransAm, practically saved it from the guy who had it, and I need some help with some replacement part confusion I am having. 
I bought new complete seat belts for the passenger and driver but when I went to install them the ones already in the car had a stationary bottom mount instead of a retraction mount like the ones I bought. I have checked every install guide I can find and all of them have the retractable bottom mount. What is wrong with mine?
