1984 firebird 350 small block with a/c transmission?

i just had a 350 small block an a/c transmission stuck in my car i have only driven a couple of times an i notice it making a clunking noise when it idles in park an also when it shifts it revs an then it will jerk/ jump i was just wondering what all could be wrong with it. thanks

check the transmission fluid level and add if necessary
