will the gas line on the carb lead tme to the fuel pump{not in tank} and when I change it is it a good Idea to change the fuel pressure modulator which is connected to the pump electrically.
are you saying you have a mechanical fuel pump and a carburetor? if so I cannt imagine the factory installed a fuel pressure modulator, they are used on fuel injected cars
