1986 Parisienne instrument panel

Hello,

Does anyone knows how to replace the lamps in the instrument panel. For example the coolant temperature light. Mine is not coming on during the start procedure. Just bought my parisienne last Saturday with 15000 miles

Do I have to take the whole dash apart or is There a easy access method to get behind the panel and check if the bulb is OK?

Car is an 1986 Parisienne with the 307 olds engine.
