I have a '86 Trans Am Firebird and the Transmission is constantly leaking. It has been repaired four times by different shops but no one seems to get it right. Is there anything else I can check?

You do not mention where the leak is front seal, back seal, pan, somewhere else? Why arent you going back to the shops that fixed it and asking why they did not correct the problem? Are these shops specializing in tranmission repairs?
