1987 Fiero Security system

I just purchased a 87 Fiero based kit. Car ran great, no problems until bumped the security toggle under the dash, now the car won't start. If i disconnect the battery for a while, it will start once and then the keypad starts flashing again and it is disabled again. Is there anyway to re-set the system or disable it?

that does not sound like a factory system, any markings on the unit, and what do you mean "Fiero Based" ? Did you try contacting the party you bought the car from?
