1987 Firebird Formula 350 Question

My dad bought a 1987 Firebird 350 Formula and there's one thing that has puzzled me since I saw it. The doors.

The doors are handleless. Yes, completely handleless. Instead I have this keychain that works as a remote entry kind of deal. I'm not sure if this is even a stock door. The remote has buttons numbered 1 to 4 and my dad said you open the doors with the chain. What I would like to know is where can I buy the parts to fix the doors because they won't open and I have to leave the window cracked open so I can open the door at all.

Please, I would like some help, I want to put her on the road before snow falls!
