1988 Sunbird hood release handle and cable

My 1988 Sunbird GT haas a broken hood release handle and cable, does anyone know where I can get a replacement? I've had no luck searching under 1988 Sunbird, is there another one that will fit and work?

I have had good luck with my local autoparts stores (Advance Auto) and (AutoZone). Look under Advanceautoparts.com and you will find a Hood Release Cable kit (#03323) $14.99 plus shipping unless you have a local store to visit.
You can order online and either pick up at local store or have it shipped to your address.
Other models that might fit would be the Cavilier and maybe the next generation Pontiac Sunfire which replaced the Sunbird. A local junk yard should be able to cross reference replacement parts for your GT.
