1990 pontiac sunbird won't

start? I have tried everything to my knowledge. I have changed the fuel pump,ECM, fuel inector. I get fuel up to the injector but the injector won't open and spray out fuel. I have tested the injector and it was good, I have checked fuses, I have checked the wiring from the ECM to the injector and thats all good. I'm lost what am I missing? Help!

if the injectors work its the ecm. it will not run without fuel in cylinders...u know that already. injector is not opening, you said it yourself. good luk

You haven't tried the linkage cable! I had one and everytime before I could started it I had to plug the linkage cable back in! What a pain but it was o.k. till' I could afford to fix it I must have drove around like that for a year! Hope this is your problem. (The Battery is fine isn't it?) You can also try pulling the belt one turn you might have to try pulling it both ways if it is froze up real bad. It might be froze up and this will allow it to unfreeze its self. Seen husband do it many of times... Sometimes it works sometimes that isn't the problem at all...

Try replacing the carb.
