1990 sunbird high revving possibly throttle stuck

hello i recently bought a 1990 sunbird le automatic tranny. it wasnt until the last month whenever i would start up the car it would revv through the roof, it sounds like the engine is going to explode or something. anyway ive talked to a few people and they say the throttle could be stuck but i dont know so i thought i would talk to someone directly on the forums. if you know what the problem is could you please tell me how to fix it! would be so thankful

it sounds like the throttle is stuck see if you can close it by hand
