1991 pontiac sunbird le 2.0 liter

moms beater.108,000 original clics.not one of gms best.running rough/hesitating.gave tune-up.serpentine belt,gase line filter,oxygen sensor,throttle position sensor,plugs wires,cap,pcv valve,air breather filter,new thermostate.purred like cat for month.now wouldnt start when hot.let it cool down for hour or so,and then starts.did this numerous times.took to mechanic.he said it needed (and installed) new ignition module.back to the cat for 1 1/2 months.now wont start when cold.turns over great,wont fire.after several tries during the day it always starts.once warmed up,it starts great.can drive all day with numerous stops and starts.let it sit over nite.no start again.? dont know if all this info is nessesary,but showed what i have done.
fuel pump pressure test ?
if not up to par-remove tank-replace pump ?
any other possibilities causing this ?
im grasping at straws ,cause dont want to remove tank.
oh well.

Check fuel pressure and Fuel pump relay first, , check the wires to the tank.

Common problem on 91 Sunbirds with the wiring running on the the floor boards. If not that, check the ignition switch on the steering column.
