1992 firebird security light

problems? i posted that my security light is on and my car won't start.
So far i have tried unhooking the battery, and turning key for 15 mins, i cannot locate the fusible links for some reason do anyone know where i should look. I was told somewhere by the battery

A lot of the time its the chip in the key that is worn out. That happened on my 91 GTA... check that first as its the easiest to do... take your VIN to a GM dealer and they will cut you a key...
