now I am not the smartest with cars but I am able to learn and can relay the information to some friends that would now how.

My question is how do i totally by pass the EGR system with out sending out a dash board light or stoping the car from working correctly.

Cause the EGR resends in already burned air and fuel then mixes with Fresh air and fuel. I want to bypass it for only Fresh air and fuel is being burned all the time.
I heard of a couple people doing this on a Semi and a Jetta on the Jetta they increased MPG from 45 to 49 I think is what the numbers where but the point is that it increased by 4.

Its just there is almost to run under that hood so I would like all the help I could have please and thank you in advanced.

perhaps if you had done a little research on your own you would discover that the EGR is only active under certain conditions such as idle and part throttle and is not active at wide open throttle. Also the claim that you get better mileage without it is questionable, most sources indicate it makes it worse, you're not driving a semi or jetta!
