1995 Firebird Gauge Cluster not lighting up

The gauge cluster in my 95 firebird is not lighting up, my buudy suggested it may be a fuse but I have not idea how to get to/change the fuse, does anyone have any useful info? Thanks

You dont have an owners manual? If not below is a link to a 99 which maybe similar. The fuses start on page 6-67. Look at anything cluster related starting with the IP DIMMER. You have checked the dimmer switch to make sure it is not set for full dim?
