1995 grand am

the control mode dial or switch when turned always stays on the dash board vents no lower heat or defrost.... any help?

the control cable is either broken, kinked, or disconnected.

Did you check to make sure the dial isn't broken inside?

Same thing on my daughter's '95 GA.
