D'Shoe #9

I have a '96 Firebird.
I sprayed some carb. cleaner into my ignition switch (please don't ask, long story, it did help) but in the process I must have been careless and it splashed onto my plastic piece (the face, I guess) and it's all blotchy and white, and crap.

I tried wiping the outside and nothing came off.
I don't know if it leaked in the inside or what.

I need to know (Exactly where) where to buy it, link please,
or how to fix this, etc.

Thank you.
In Reply To Frankie / Or Others:

What is the piece called? Am I looking for the entire speedometer or just the plastic.

How much am I looking at?

And what are the steps to take it apart?

Thanks.

The part I believe is called a speedometer lens. Try a dealer or a junk yard for a new one. Carb cleaner is highly corrosive on plastics as you have just found out and you can not fix the current lens.
