1997 firebird tail lights not working radio not working and windows not working!

OK Firebird friends had my bird out today taking a drive get a phone call from a friend of mine telling me my tail lights aren't working and the radio wasn't working and the windows were down and they wouldn't go up! I go home played with the ignition on and off finally got the radio to work and the windows to roll up and tail lights to work! So what part do I need to replace to fix this problem from happening again? Add the lettering to the back bumper of the firebird this weekend for $20 I think it's a nice upgrade best of all made in the USA love Amazon!

What does play with the ignition mean?
It sounds like you have a bad ignition switch.

Turning the key on and off very slowly until the radio comes on

Okay looks like I'll be tearing the steering column apart to replace the switch

Would be nice if you consulted a wiring diagram before doing anything to confirm that all three circuits you had an issue with are common to the switch.
