1997 Pontiac sunfire issues help please?

i did the little thing everyone talks about with turning the key to start then letting it sit for a total of 3 times equaling 30-35mins and the 4th try it sould reset the passlock system well after doing that i now just get clicking noises from the fuse panel under the hood i removed the IGN fuse and hear clicking noises like somthing is shutting ontop of the engine were the full goes in, now what what can i do to get the car running is the passlock still engaged what ways around this help please!!!

U seem tp be sure its the pass lock system giving all the trouble.
I plain hate any and all antitheft systems. If a vehicle has one I just wont buy it--which limits my purchase choices--but at least my vehicle starts.
Better you should take it to a dealer for repair. After all i think thats why all these alarms were originally installed--- to get more work for the dealer.
