1997 sunfire fan wont come on

i just bought a 1997 sunfire i replaced the head becuse it was cracked replaced gaskets hoses new injector water pump clutch altenator ........but i fixed almost everthing but now it is running real hot the fan does not come on at all i turned on ac nothing i
changed over the fuse from cooling fan to blower and the fuse works disconeted the fan and conected it again nothing still .......what would i try next and were is the tempeture sensor located and were is the computer also

first check the fan by applying power directly to it. After that check the relay and the sensor. Get a Hanes or Chilton manual to help you.
