1998 Firebird Rough Idle?

My 98 firebird has a rough idle at times. When I start the car it looks like that battery is overcharged. When I'm at a stoplight the battery will flicker down into the orange/yellow zone like it's going to stall then it eventually will go back up to normal. Also, sometimes when I rev my car up it will stay at 2rpms and very SLOWLY it go back down.
I've already cleaned the battery cables.
And I've tested the battery and it's fine
 
clean your battery terminals it could be a bad battery check the wires on the alternator
