My 98 Firebird is missing and I have checked all the wires and spark plugs and they are fine. The car was missing before I deployed to Iraq, but I replaced the wires and it was working fine. It was also sitting in my driveway during the deployment and was only started 2 or 3 times. Can I take the car to autozone or somewhere and have them use their computer to find out what cylinder isn't firing or should I just replace all the wires and plugs?

It may not be the wires it could also be injectors especially if it has been sitting with the same fuel in it for a long period of time ..
you could try a bottle of fuel injection cleaner and some fresh fuel and possibly a new filter
you may be able to get an idea of what is wrong by having it scanned by any auto parts store but that will not tell you which issue you have plugs , wires , injectors will all cause a miss...
