1999 Grand am

My climate control fan doesn't work unless it is on 3, or above. My cigarette lighter doesn't work, dash lights do not come on, and floor lights do not come on. I can't read the display on the radio either, unless it is in perfect amount and type of light and I am at the right angel. If I put a fuse in the spot for the accessory/lighter it blows it immediately. Any good idea why?

HELLO! I know I'm replying to my own thread but in case someone has similar problems i want them to know. There are 3! fuse panels in this car. One located on the driver side dash of the car, one under the hood and one on the side of the passenger side of the dash, same spot as the one on the drivers side, just passenger side. I put a new fuse in and the instrument cluster lights came one, the climate controls and I think the radio. It is the top right most red 10A fuse. So maybe this will help someone.
