Hello,
Recently my fog lights and dashboard lights on my 1999 grand am have gone out. I can still see warning lights on the dash such as "Service vehicle soon" which has come on. All of the fuses are fine, and it may be worth noting that the electric locks and trunk release don't work as well. Or it may not, I don't know. I'm mostly concerned about the dash lights.

SVS light is most likely on because fog lamps aren't working. The dash lamps might be ok, but you may have a bad IP dimmer switch. You might try working it a little and see if they flicker on or not. Bad dimmer switch is a pretty common problem. You say you checked fuses, did you check all 3 boxes? There is one on each side of the passenger compartment, and one under the hood. Trunk release has 2 fuses.

manual and fuse panels are like davinci code so i came here. no luck but wifey said she had no park lights either, so i changed that one under the hodd and we got cluster lights. CHECK YOUR PARK LIGHTS that may help
