1999 Pontiac Sunfire - pass key system (theft)?

I replaced the fuel pump on my car and now it won't start. The pump is engaging properly but fuel has been shut off by the theft system - no fuel to the head. Can someone please direct me in resetting the pass key system. I have looked under the kicker panels, and in the trunk (under the carpet and everywhere), but no luck. Thanks

why would replacing the pump engage the antitheft? If the pump is runing, you say it engages, but no fuel to the head?, did you replace the fuel filter? You should, it may contact debris from the failed pump
