1999 sunfire engine transplant

I have a 1999 pontiac sunfire 2.2l 4 cyl. i have a grand am with a 3100 6 cyl. I want to put the 3100 into the sunfire. How much electrical wiring needs changed? Will the ecm from the grand am plug into the wiring on the sunfire and work? was there sunfires built with 6 cylder engines?

there was no 6 cylinder in 99, you better figure out before you do anything whether a 60 degree v6 will fit in the engine compartment, how is it going to attach to the frame, and how is it going to attach to the transmission. Then you have to tackle the complete wiring harness and ecm being switched. Does not sound like a practical project but good luck.
