Hi, I have a 2002 Pontiac Trans Am with a 5.7L v8 LS1 engine, automatic trans, and recently the engine cracked. I now am looking for a new engine. I found one that seems good, but it came from a car that had a manual transmission. Would that engine be compatible with the automatic transmission I have?
