2000 Montana Headlamp Condensation

Hello,

New to the forum. Looking for information on condensation in my headlamps.

I did a search and found where possible venting problems, possible sealing problems, and "cracked headlamp units".

Would anyone here be able to suggest where to start investigating the fix?

My 2000 Montana has 206K miles and I drive major highway miles (70%) AND then dirt, washboard roads (remaining 30%).

my experience is it is usually a crack or chip caused by a rock or debris from the roads.
I've never tried the repair kits and don't know if they work or not. Usually the crack or seal problem is so small it can't be found so I just get a new headlight. Either new from the dealer, ebay or try a used parts yard.
