Symptoms: front air blower works in all settings, turn on AC button and you hear the click and the compressor kick in and the engine sounds like taking on the load (rmp slows a bit), but no cold air no matter how long you blow.

No rear blower at all (probably a separate problem)- checked the rear and front settings to make sure using controls properly.

What have I checked? : I put a freon pressure guage on the low side port down front of the engine block and it reads full.

What would be the next possibility?

Pressure gauges do not tell you if the system is full, just the system pressures. You could read high pressures due to a clogged txv or orifice tube. Turn on the a/c and visually check to see if the compressor clutch is spinning. If it is and you have the blower on high and no air at all comes out, you could have a blend door issue or an electrical problem causing the blower to short out when the a/c is activated. If you have air movement but the air isn't getting cold, then you could have a low charge or the blend door could be allowing the cold air form the a/c go across the heater core and heat right back up.

Thank you. I will check the blend door as the compressor clutch seems to spin when I try the ac and the air is always moving.

See you all in a few days with what happens.
