2000 Pontiac Sunfire convertible, power window doesn't work?

The drivers window will go down, but goes up very slowly, sometimes not at all. I removed the door panel but couldn't get to the motor as its riveted on. I checked the fuses there OK, I don't think its the switch because the other window works.????? Any mechanics out there. Thanks
