2000 sunfire

I group having a problem with my heart/ac only blows cold air have checked fuses,controls replaced checked vacuum lines. still can't figure it out. any ideas?

was blowing hot air when we got it then we turned ac on over summer and heat stopped working.

assuming the compressor is off it sounds like the blend door actuator is not working
