Went to replace the thermostat on my 2001 Grand Am GT w/ Ram Air. Removed the Air box, MAF and intake tubing, removed the throttle body as well to aid in more room for the thermostat installation. After installing new thermostat, i put the TB back on and new a TB gasket, put MAF/Intake tubing along with the air box and everything else. Plugged all sensors back in, went to start to the car and as soon as it turns over, it dies instantly. Pulled the MAF out and cleaned it with MAF Cleaner, re-installed it and still dies right away. Even when I try and give it some gas, the car still dies instantly. I'm stumped and can't seem to figure out why it keep dying. Any help?

You sure you didnt leave any electrical or vacuum line disconnected? Do you have a check engine light?

If it helps, I also removed the battery as well.

I did hook everything back up. Battery, Throttle Body sensors (2 of them), IAT sensor, MAF sensor. I don't believe I unhooked any vacuum lines either. As far as I can tell, everything is hooked up like normal.

Yes, there is a check engine light code, but that was there long before this issue. I'm sure there is another check engine code with this issue, but the car will not stay on for me too read it.
