I really need to see my girl this weekend, and my car has started acting up on me, and I don't know what it is.
It shifts hard, doesn't like going faster than 60 or 70, especially uphill. the engine doesn't overheat. my dad and i went to autozone today to check it out, as the check engine light was on. they scanned it and there was an EVAP code (I don't know which one). They asked me about my gas cap, and i had lost it 2 weeks ago (it's winter). so i bought and put on the cap and put some heet in.
The problems continue. it didn't work. the autozone guys and my dad are convinced that it's the transmission, but i'm not sure. I just know I need to get out to my girls this weekend.. any help would be greatly appreciated.
