Im new to this forum and I am having problems getting my car to start.

This all happened when I was expieriencing overheating while driving. I couldn't even get out of my neighborhood without pulling over and letting it cool off. So I changed the waterpump which was bad and I still had the same problem. So I decided I would look at the headgaskets and sure enough they were blown. Slapped it all back together and it would not start. So that was when I checked the fuel pump which was not working but the relay fuse was. Chnaged the Fuel Pump and still nothing. Now I am having issues with the security light staying lit even when I try to start it. Could this be an issue with BCM and if so do you recommend bypassing it so the car can start?

Thank you.

See I did the trick with the ignition wires but i didn't use the switch. So today when I got home, I spliced the yellow wire that goes to the bcm and need to know if the wire i spliced is not neccessary when I install the switch to the ignition where the key goes.
