Sorry but full story: Van showed misfire on cyl 3 after we bottomed out at the end of a bridge, left it at the garage for 6 MO ths, they put in a used ecm, a new injector and a manifold set, finally called said they couldn't fix it. I pulled valve covers and intake pushrod was so ed thru the rocker and exhaust was completely stripped and rocker arm was laying off to the side. I replace that and now I have a small miss at idle.I replaced spark plugs. Any suggestions.

do a compression test on the engine to see if you have further damage to cylinder 3.
do you have a check engine light on now and if so what is the code?
did the shop that did all that work have ASE certified mechanics?
